Благовещенье и свет,
Вербы забелели.
Или точно горя нет,
Право в самом деле?

Благовестие и смех,
Закраснели почки.
И на улицах, у всех
Синие цветочки.

Сколько синеньких цветков,
Отнятых от снега.
Снова мир и свеж и нов,
И повсюду нега.

Вижу старую Москву
В молодом уборе.
Я смеюсь и я живу,
Солнце в каждом взоре.

От старинного Кремля
Звон плывет волною.
А во рвах живёт земля
Молодой травою.

В чуть пробившейся траве
Сон весны и лета.
Благовещенье в Москве,
Это праздник света!

Annunciation and light glow,
Pussy-willows are white.
Or is there left no sorrow,
Everything all right?

Good tidings, laughter merry,
Buds on the boughs turn red.
People in the streets carry
Blue flowers, with snow wet.

How many flowers, so blue,
The snow prepared beneath.
The world's again fresh and new,
And everywhere reigns bliss.

I see Moscow, old and kind,
In bright attire, so young.
I laugh, I live and I find:
In every gaze - the sun.

Just from ancient Kremlin, floats,
Like a wave, the bells' ring.
And the earth lives in the moats
With the grass, young and green.

In the green grass, that does sprout,
Spring and summer dreams twist.
The feast in Moscow, no cloud,
Annunciation - light's feast!
