This morning, this joy awaring,
This might with day and light sharing,
This blue sky vault’s bliss,
This caravan of birds, crying,
These flocks, and these swallows flying,
This water purl 'neath,
These willows, and these birches mild,
These dew's drops — like tears of a child,
This fluff — leaf will be,
These mountains, and valleys around,
These midges, and bees, their each sound:
This whistle, buzz, glee,
These dawns with non-stopping risen,
This hamlet's nocturnal breathing,
This sleepless night,
This darkness, heat of bed hugging,
This drumming and this trill larking,
This is all — spring bright!
