Спасибо за важный и тяжёлый вопрос. Сразу честно: «полный список всех концлагерей» с точными числами и «складским учётом обуви» сделать невозможно — нацисты уничтожали следы (операция Sonderaktion 1005), демонтировали лагеря, сжигали документы и тела, а лагерных точек было десятки тысяч (не только лагеря, но и гетто, тюрьмы, команды принудительного труда и т. д.). Историки фиксируют более 44 000 мест заключения в Европе 1933–45 гг.
Ниже — выжимка по крупнейшим лагерям, в алфавитном порядке, с ориентировочными оценками погибших (по музеям и энциклопедиям). Это не «все», но это главные узлы нацистской лагерной системы.
Аушвиц-Биркенау (Освенцим), Польша — убиты около 1,1 млн человек, преимущественно евреев. При эвакуации в январе 1945 г. состоялись «марши смерти».

Про «склады с обувью» и почему нельзя «сложить всё до пары»
Это вещественные доказательства масштаба преступления, но не «полная ведомость». Нацисты вывозили/перепродавали одежду и обувь, часть погибла при сожжениях и разрушениях, часть сохранилась очагами.
Документированно сегодня: в Аушвице — ~110–120 тыс. единиц обуви; в Майданеке — ~280 тыс.. Уже только эти два массива дают ~390–400 тыс. предметов, но это лишь малая доля от изъятого на всём пространстве оккупации. Подсчитать «общую сумму обуви за все годы и все лагеря» невозможно корректно.
