Румяной зарёю
Покрылся восток.
В селе, за рекою,
Потух огонек.

Росой окропились
Цветы на полях.
Стада пробудились
На мягких лугах.

Седые туманы
Плывут к облакам,
Гусей караваны
Несутся к лугам.

Проснулися люди,
Спешат на поля,
Явилося солнце,
Ликует земля.


П Е Р Е В О Д


The east has been covered
By a scarlet day break.
Gone out is a home-light
Far away, by the lake.

In fields all the flowers
Have been sprayed by the dew.
Herds, flocks have aroused,
To soft grasslands they're due.

To join the cloud
Gray mists sail up high,
Geese strings are about
To reach meads nearby.

Some folks, up and cheered, 
Afield they haste out, 
The sun has appeared,
The land joys about.
