нет баб...

Священная книга - это стенограмма разговора
на поле боя Бога и солдата,
когда солдату обещают Сверхоружие

     conversation on the battlefield

no grandma...

The holy book is a transcript of a conversation
on the battlefield of God and the soldier,
when a soldier is promised by superweapon

     спор за сердца
нет никаких хитрых ходов:
ешь,пей,пой!

только Дед Мороз спорит за наши детские
сердца

     fight for hearts
there are no tricky moves:
eat, drink, sing!

only Santa Claus argues for our children
hearts

     ниспослание блюза
ОН записал это за нами...

...но ведь и блюз
     "был нам ниспослан" /сура "Пророки"

     sending down the blues
HE wrote it down for us...

...but also the blues
     "was sent down to us" / Surah "Prophets"

     выход из сансары
лоджия с банкой для бычков...

это - высшая точка!,
выход из круговорота сансары,
из однокомнатного пространства

     exit from samsara
loggia with a jar for gobies...

this is the highest point!
exit from the cycle of samsara,
from a one-room space

     решающая война
индусы скрещивают мертвым ноги
,а мы - руки...
кто прав?

это решит война

     decisive war
Indians cross the legs of the dead
and we are hands...
who is right?

war will decide

     задержка дыхания
...война внутри,в каждом из нас

тени угрожают со стен:
нужно магическое восприятие мира
,нужен беззвучный диалог,задержав
дыхание

     breath holding
... the war inside, in each of us

shadows threaten from the walls:
need a magical perception of the world
, we need a silent dialogue, holding
breath
