Every woman can say one day
“Let’s get together weekend in Spain”
Then, maybe after, a little bit,
“I’d like to join your business trip”
And I’m quite sure that suddenly
That every woman says “I believe
Your place’s too far from a proper place “
And you should move, and you say “yes”.
And every woman can say “I wish
I had a pet, a golden fish”
And one week after you see a pet
That’s watching you behind your bed.
Next step is close, one day she says
“Let’s live together?”, and you say “yes”.
You’re not ready, but yes of course
Your poor pet should have a nurse.
You live together and seems that’s it,
But every woman one day can lead
You in the church and ask you “please,
you must at least stop live in sins,
You must stop drinking and marry me!»
And you would tell her “Wait a wee,
And for tomorrow what have you planned?”
“Let’s have a baby, and maybe a cat?”
