The Weight of Gravity Part 4
in a silent dance,
Their edges warmed
with soft and golden light.
Their outer skins touched
as if by chance,
While fires beneath the stone
slept out of sight.
Across their skins
a pattern starts to glow,
A thread of light
remembers one brief graze.
And endless space
lets both worlds onward flow,
Yet in the hush
its quiet shimmer stays.
Only a glimmer…
Only a trace…
Is that the limit
of their embrace?
What if deeper?…
What if stronger?…
What would answer
in the fires below?…
Two worlds were gliding
in a silent dance,
Between them light
grew bright as molten gold.
A shiver reached their depths
in one brief glance,
And heat shone through
the stone of ages old.
They drifted apart
in their separate flight,
But deep in the stone
gleamed a luminous scar.
And fragments, still circling
the smaller, alight,
Held embers within them
like sparks of a star.
Only a glimmer…
Only a trace…
Is that the limit
of their embrace?
What if deeper?…
What if stronger?…
What would answer
in the fires below?…
Two worlds were gliding
in a silent dance,
And boundless light
erased the space between.
Their different currents
merged as if entranced,
Till one world's outline
could no longer be seen.
Stone flowed like water,
forgetting its name,
In currents where all
became one and the same.
And even the core
forgot its own song,
The melody held
in its heart all along.
Three glimpses of futures
dissolved into light,
Two separate fires
were shining once more.
Between them, a circle
lay open and bright,
And endless horizons
unfolded before.
Two flames…
Two paths…
Each carries its own light
through infinite space.
Deeper…
Clearer…
And the song of the core
Rings ever stronger…
Rings ever stronger…
Rings ever stronger…
Rings ever stronger…
