Because just yesterday, some people were riding around in limousines, sitting in luxurious offices, and signing multi-million-dollar contracts...

Today, they’re standing in line for a bowl of free soup.

And do you know what the scariest part is?

It’s not that they lost their money.

It’s not that their companies, their homes, and their bank accounts vanished...

They lost people!

People who once stood by their side.

People who believed in them.

People who reached out a hand to help them when they were still nobodies!

But at some point, they decided that they had achieved everything all on their own.

That they were so smart, so talented, so great—that they didn’t need anyone else anymore!

Oh, yes...

That is a dangerous moment, my friends.

A very dangerous one.

Because there is one terrifying thing.

I call it the "energy of delusion."

It creeps in unnoticed.

At first, it whispers to you: "You are special."

Then: "You are better than everyone else."

And then...

"Listen, kid—why do you need all these people? You can go it alone!"

And you believe it.

Damn it, you actually start to believe it!

You stop listening.

You stop expressing gratitude.

You stop noticing those who helped you climb to the top.

You start looking down on people.

And then, one day...

One day, life presents you with the bill.

Without any warning.

Without a heads-up call.

Without any chance to negotiate!

A crisis hits.

A deal falls apart.

Doors slam shut.

The ground gives way beneath your feet! And so, you find yourself falling...

For the first time in many years, you reach out, desperate for a hand to hold.

You stretch out your own...

Searching for a lifeline!

Searching for a shoulder to lean on!

Searching for anyone—anyone at all—who might stop your fall!

But...

You grasp only air.

Nothing but a void!

Because all those hands were once within reach.

But you were the one who pushed them away.

And now, when you truly need someone, there is no one there.

This is the price of arrogance.

This is the reckoning for ingratitude.

And do you know what I want to tell you?

Don’t let your life reach this point!

Don’t wait for a catastrophe to realize the value of the person sitting right beside you!

Look at one another.

Right now!

Perhaps one of these people will one day save your career.

Someone might offer support when your own confidence falters.

Someone might speak just a few words that change the course of your life.

And someone might simply stay by your side when everyone else has walked away.

And that, my friends...

That is worth more than any contract!

So, cherish your relationships.

Cherish your friendships.

Cherish the respect you share.

Cherish the people who have walked even a part of the path alongside you!

Never look down on someone who currently holds a position lower than your own.

Never belittle someone just because they have nothing to offer you in return.

And never forget those who helped you when your pockets were empty and your future seemed uncertain!

Because the true measure of a person is not found in the height of their office chair.

Not in the number of zeros in their bank account.

And not even in the number of victories they’ve achieved.

It is measured by how many people are willing to stand by their side when the difficult hour arrives! This is true capital.

And if you want to build a great team...

Do not start with orders.

Not with grand slogans.

Not with talk of millions.

Start with respect!

With honesty!

With gratitude!

Learn to see people not as tools to achieve your own goals...

But as individuals!

With their own dignity.

With their own personal battles—battles you may know nothing about.

Because we are all connected.

We learn from one another.

We discover this world through each other.

And sometimes, a single, simple conversation with someone can offer you more than years of solitary reflection.

And remember one more thing...

In human relationships, there is no such thing as a "small" detail!

A single word can shatter trust.

A single action can restore hope.

A single outstretched hand can change a destiny!

So, be among people.

Not above them.

Not apart from them.
