Yellow stone
Passing the trails inhabitable by wildlife,
Let these trees be my shelter and my abode,
Let this omnipotent land here be my midwife.
If there’s a burden let it be soon delivered,
If there’s a message get it delivered to me.
If there are threads to stitch let me be a weaver,
Let me be just and righteous and kind and gloomy.
If there’s a way here then let me be a walker,
If there’s a story let it be said out loud,
Make it unravel through me, be sound and vocal,
Make it a word that wants to be uttered out.
If there are signs to see let me be a seer -
Letters and symbols, a signal, a mark, a sigil.
Let hills and mountains witness me have no fear,
Let thickets witness me being distinct and vigil.
