From the bottom of my heart
Fragments of the feelings deep inside,
Crafting stories, stanza after stanza there —
My own style and life’s unique tide.
From the nature I would take the space,
In the sea, I’d see the hidden depth,
Saw a meteor flash across the sky’s face —
Found a string that made my spirit keep.
Since my youth, in every single stride,
Feelings blossomed, growing day by day,
Sharpness in my words — a blade that’s tried —
Touched and struck the hearts along the way.
Years went by; we faced the losses, yes,
Youth’s swift speed grew slower, lost its flame,
Learned to calm the rush of mistakes, I guess —
Yet love still played inside the soul’s same game.
No longer young, but not yet old in years,
Maturity brings wisdom, clear and true,
Gray at the temples — time’s quiet tears —
While my heart still trembles, still shines anew.
Soul is thin, like silk, so delicate and slight,
Trembling at the cold that words can bring,
Knowing how to love through fragile, quiet light,
Never losing self in any dream’s wing.
Hands and eyes are tired — I won’t deny —
Storms and winds have passed, their fury spent,
But one star still lives within me, never to die —
Love remains with me till time is spent.
