Autumn painting

Это английская версия песни которую я написал
на замечательное стихотворение "Осенняя картина"
автор-Марианна Майская. Последние четверостишее
было написано мной

Autumn came, a coquette, a true goddess,
In golden gown, in amber and in fire,
I grab my pencils, though they are all worn down,
To catch her beauty before she will retire.

I sharpened all my pencils to a shadow,
She's still so bright, but fragile as a glass,
A porcelain Venus in the misty meadow,
Her dress of maple leaves will shortly pass.

Though her temper's wild and quite defiant,
A gentle soul is hiding deep inside,
A lonely sunbeam, shy and self-reliant,
She weeps with quiet rain, so soft, so light.

Through all this beauty, warmed inside their souls,
Their hands held tight, palm gently holding palm,
Through fallen leaves they rustle like two children,
He and she walk slowly, quiet and calm.
