Ah, a scene demonstrating the ineptitude of the FBI on the show.

Tony mentions Jackie, Jr. twice in that clip, and makes a reference to the campus stickup. Any half-assed competent agent could have worked back on that and made a connection.

It was a one time expression used by Christopher regarding Jackie Jr. I can't remember the episode number but it was during the time Tony's basement was bugged.

edit: Think it was after Chris, Jackie and gang robbed the college box office.
