Love vs sex

We often hear the words: "I love you!"

Love is a gourmet’s true delight,
Exquisite dishes served in candlelight.
But sex is just a belly-stuffing spree,
With beastly zeal and clumsy energy.

Love is when the soul begins to sing,
And to that flight the body longs to cling.
But sex is when the drums of passion beat,
Upon the head, the frame, in wild heat.

Love is a flute that warms the flowing blood,
The lover’s brow and lips, a gentle flood.
But sex is just a wave, a sudden surge,
Leaving a void where two souls should converge.

Love is a symphony, a grand design,
A register of notes that all align.
But sex is devilry, a fleshly snare—
Fall deep in love, and rise beyond compare!
