Motivational performance for bussines teams

1. I don't know how you're going to do it.
Do you hear me? I. Don't. Know.
But you have to remember that smell.
The smell of your spring. The smell of  your youth.
That time when you woke up in the morning and still didn't know what “too late” meant.
When you had no guarantees. No connections. No twenty-year plan!
But you had something else.
You had FIRE.
WHERE IS IT?! I'm asking you — WHERE IS IT?!
Don't look around.
Don't look for it in other people. Don't look for it in money.
Don't look for it in the past.
It's here. Inside you. It's been inside you this whole time.
You just closed the door. Then another one. Then you put a lock on it.
And one day, you actually convinced yourself there was nothing left behind those doors.
NONSENS!
There are warehouses in there. Hangars!
Entire vaults filled with your strength!
Your rage! Your will! Your desire to LIVE!
And do you know what opens those doors?
A WORD.
One right word, spoken at exactly the right second, can lift a man off the floor.
One word can put him back in the fight. One word can wake a volcano!
Yes!
Volcanoes do not only exist inside the earth.
They exist inside us.
And some of them sleep for twenty years.
Thirty. Fifty. But that doesn't mean they're dead!
DO YOU HEAR ME?! THEY ARE NOT DEAD!
So breathe. Come on.
Breathe this air deep into your lungs.
Swallow it!
Let the wind of your youth hit you in the face again.
Let it rip this exhaustion off you. This gloom.
This habit of doubting yourself!
Today, you're coming back.
Not tomorrow. Not Monday. Not when things get easier.
TODAY.
Today, you are that young man again — the one with a thousand roads ahead of him.
A burning heart. Bright eyes.
And the sheer audacity to believe you can still win!
Because there's a fight ahead.
Of course there is! There will be struggle.
There will be days when life grabs you by the throat and asks:
“Well You giving up?”
And that's when... That's exactly when...
You'll smile. And you'll say: “You picked the wrong guy.”
Because you're awake now.
The lights are on.
The levers are engaged. The machine is running!
And now the party begins.
Yes. THE PARTY!
Not the kind of party with music and fancy clothes.
I'm talking about a real celebration.
That moment when a person finally feels like himself again.
When the blood runs faster. When the eyes burn.
When you know:
I'M STILL HERE. I CAN. I WILL.
And if we have to bend the heavens to make it happen...
We'll bend the heavens.
With word.
If we have to break open the locked warehouses of our souls...
We'll tear those locks apart.
With word.
Because everything begins with a word.
A word pulls the lever. A word pushes the button.
A word wakes volcanoes.
And today...Today, I'm inviting you to a party.
A party in honor of the right words. Precise words.
Words spoken at the very moment when a person almost forgot who he was.
My name is Jeremy Party.
And today... we are not going to remember our youth.
We're bringing it back.
Today, we're going to throw a party so enormous...
THE VOLCANOES WILL WAKE UP!

And here's another thing.
You didn't just make a purchase today.
You bought a ticket to this show.
But perhaps you don't yet understand what you're actually holding in your hands.
Because this isn't an ordinary ticket. This is a lucky ticket.
And here's why.
Everyone has asked themselves questions at least once in their life.
About life. About destiny. About yourselves.
"Why did this happen?" "Why was I given these trials?"
"Where am I going?"
"Why is everything turning out this way?"
And very often, the answers don't come right away.
A period of silence sets in. A period of stillness.
It seems as if life itself is silent.
As if it doesn't want to answer.
But that's not true.
It's simply waiting for the moment when you're ready to listen.
And one day comes when the silence ends.
When the veil begins to lift.
When what seemed like chaos begins to form a coherent picture.
When questions finally meet their answers.
And perhaps…
Today is just such a day.
A day when you will see what you previously didn't notice.
A day when the secret becomes clear.
When the incomprehensible begins to make sense.
When the inner knots that have bound your life for years begin to unravel.
And if a knot can no longer be unraveled…
Then it's time to cut it.
Without fear. Without regret.
And take a step forward.
Because sometimes one evening can change the course of your entire life.
And perhaps…
This very evening will be that evening for you.

2. Each of you has your own story. Your own path. Your own scars.
This is your personal experience, which no one can take away from you.
You carry it in your head, in your heart, in your hands.
This is what makes you unique.
When you join the team, you bring more than just knowledge.
You bring your experience, your years of struggle, victories, and lessons.
And all of this is important material for us.
We throw it all into one common pot, and it begins to boil.
And then something new is born. Something powerful.
You see, great things don't happen in a second.
Just as a child needs time to develop before being born, so our collective work must mature.
But when it does, we will feel it.
We will see the results, and they will amaze us so much that they will take our breath away.
Because we are creators.
We are fighters. We are a team moving forward, drawing on our experience.
and creating something that has never existed before.
And when we see the fruits of our labor, we will understand that it was all worth it.
Every step. Every mistake. Every victory.

3
Today, the people sitting next to you aren't just colleagues.
These are the people with whom you share daily pressure, deadlines, mistakes, successes, and moments that no one outside this office will ever know about.
And you know...
A real team isn't born when everything goes according to plan.
It's born when the plan falls apart.
When the client says "no."
When the numbers turn out worse than expected.
When it seems like there's no strength left.
That's when we really see who we are.
Life loves to test us.
It doesn't warn us in advance.
It doesn't send a message to your calendar.
It simply presents you with a choice one day.
Give up...
Or take one more step.
Just one.
I've always thought that people overestimate big victories.
Everyone loves to talk about big successes.
About big contracts.
About record-breaking quarters.
About the big moments.
But almost no one talks about the small decisions that make up those big moments.
About the employee who stayed to help a colleague when he could have easily gone home.
About the person who admitted his own mistake instead of looking for someone else to blame.
About the conversation that was awkward to start, but ultimately saved the team's relationships.
That's how trust is built.
Not with words.
With actions.
Every day. Every hour. With every choice.
And to be honest...
The most dangerous adversary in this company isn't your competitors.
He comes to work with you.
He looks at you every morning from the mirror.
He whisper: "You can do a little less today." "No one will notice."
"Let someone else do it."
That's who you have to fight against.
Because a team only becomes stronger when every person wins this internal battle.
You don't have to be the most talented.
You don't have to be the loudest.
You don't have to constantly prove you're better than everyone else.
It's enough to become a little better every day than you were yesterday.
And then something amazing happens.
A few people who take one honest step forward every day...
They become a team that's almost unstoppable.
Remember one thing. Respect can't be commanded.
It can't be bought. It can't be demanded.
It's born when the person next to you understands:
"If things get tough... this one won't turn away."
That's real team building.
Not exercises.
Not games.
Not corporate party photos.
But the confidence that there are people around you who won't abandon each other on a tough day.
So today, I'm not asking you for the impossible.
Don't promise to change your entire life in one day.
Just make one decision.
Today, become the person your team can rely on.
Tomorrow, take another step like that.
Then another.
And one day you'll look back and realize:
Your team's greatest victories didn't come from one great day.
They grew out of thousands of small decisions you made together.
So move forward.
Not because the path will be easy.
But because that's how trusted teams are built.
And that's how people begin to truly respect not only each other...
But also themselves.

4. Our past is not only victories, but sometimes also the ashes of burnt-out hopes.
Sometimes we rise from these ashes.
Slowly. Hard. But we rise.
And when we spread our wings, we fly.
Not because life has become easier.
But because a strength has awakened within us that we've held within for too long.
We've been lulled slightly by the weight of mistakes and others' expectations of us.
But a moment comes—and you understand:
there's this team...
And the people there aren't a coincidence, but your destiny.
And that's when the journey begins.
The real journey.
Sometimes in the rain, in the cold.
Sometimes through sadness. Sometimes through fatigue...
But you know what's important?
You don't walk alone. You're part of a team.
A team that supports you when you're wavering.
A team that believes when the whole world doubts.
Because that's how strength works.
That's how family works. This is how a team works, knowing:
only those who are ready to fly rise from the ashes.
And you are ready.
Ready for a new stage. Ready for new victories.
Ready for heights you couldn't even dream of yesterday.
So lift your heads. Look at each other.
You are a team. You are fire.
You are the ones who move forward, no matter what.

5. Sometimes your greatest victory looks like an ordinary Monday.
You woke up. You got up.
And again, you did what you had to do.
Even though you were tired. Even though no one said thank you.
Year after year, you drag your burden.
And one day you start asking yourself: "Why?"
"Is there any point?" "Maybe I just wasted my life?"
Listen to me.
Don't rush to judge yourself.
You haven't seen the whole picture yet.
Because one day, life will draw a line under you.
And one day, you'll understand.
Every time you didn't give up mattered. Every drop of sweat.
Every sleepless night.
Every tear you wiped away so no one noticed.
Every day you said, "I can't take it anymore"...
And then you got up and took another step.
That's how you polished your heart.
Did you think you were simply bearing your cross?
No.
You were becoming a person who couldn't be broken.
These things aren't acquired quickly.
They take years to pay for.
And if you've paid that price...
It means you already have something within you that many don't.
Maybe no one notices your work.
Keep going.
Maybe you're already doubting yourself.
Keep going anyway.
It ends when you decide to never get up again.
And you... You're still here.
You're still carrying what's been dealt to you.
And if there truly is a book of remembrance before the throne of God...
I believe it contains not only the names of great kings and victors.
It also contains the names of those who silently did their work.
Who endured. Who loved.
Who carried others on their shoulders.
Who gave their lives not for glory.
But because they could not do otherwise.
So go. Do your work. Carry yours.
Your moment of truth will come.
And when it comes...
You will finally understand:
NOT A SINGLE DAY WAS LIVED IN WASTE

6. Friends...
Here we are standing. Some people think, "Well, that's it, the quarter is over. The plan is accomplished. Now it's time to relax."
But you know what I'll tell you?
That's the most dangerous thought that comes after victory.
Victory is not the end of the road.
Victory is an invitation to become better.
Each of you is like a diamond.
From afar, people see the results: reports, deals, numbers, projects. They say, "Great team."
But I see something different.
I see how many more facets are hidden within each of you.
Because a true professional isn't someone who once accomplished the impossible.
A true professional is someone who comes in every morning and proves their worth again.
Don't stop.
Don't think that one successful presentation, one major client, or one award gives you the right to lock yourself in your office, order pizza, scroll through your phone, and wait for the next success.
No.
Your best work is yet to come.
Your best project hasn't been created yet.
Your strongest decision hasn't been made yet.
Do what you can.
Take on challenging tasks.
If you see an opportunity to make the company stronger, don't pass it up.
If you can make a colleague more successful, do it.
Because a real team isn't built on job titles.
It's built on people who choose to give a little more every day than is expected.
And do you know what happens to such people?
People start to trust them.
People start to seek them out.
They are the ones entrusted with the most important projects.
Doors open for them that remain closed to others.
But there's one more thing.
Don't be afraid to give it your all.
Yes, it's hard.
Yes, sometimes it feels like there's no more strength left.
But great results never emerge from people working half-heartedly.
Great results emerge when everyone says to themselves:
"I can take one more step."
Then one more. And one more thing.
And one day you'll look back and realize:
What once seemed like the limit turned out to be just a warm-up.
So today, I don't want to congratulate you on what you've already accomplished.I want to congratulate you on what you still have the opportunity to do.
Because that's what's most valuable.
We're not done yet.
We're just picking up speed.
So hold your heads up. Look forward. Move forward together.
And make sure that one day people don't just say, "They were a good team."
But say,
"They were the team that changed the rules of the game."

7
Each of you comes here with your own way.
Some have small children at home.
Some are caring for his parents.
Some are going through a difficult time, though they never show it.
And yet, every morning, you open the office door and keep moving forward.
That deserves respect.
Many people think success is measured by salary.
By the size of the office.
The title on the business card.
But you know what I've learned over the course of my long life?
All these things can appear.
And they can disappear.
But a person's reputation remains.
How you treated people.
Whether you kept your word. Whether they could rely on you.
That's what people remember.
A real team isn't born during team building.
It's born on ordinary workdays.
When deadlines start to loom. When plans fall apart.
When a mistake occurs, and someone must take responsibility.
At such moments, the difference is always clear.
Some start looking for someone to blame.
Others start looking for a solution.
It's the latter who become the people you want to follow.
Don't try to prove every day that you're smarter than everyone else.
Try to become the person who makes others stronger.
Share your experience.
Help a colleague understand a difficult task.
Listen before arguing.
Sometimes it's these very actions that change the entire atmosphere in a team.
The most valuable currency in any company is trust.
It can't be bought.
You can't command it to be respected.
It can only be earned.
With every action you take. With every promise you keep.
With every moment you don't turn away from someone who's having a hard time.
This is how real teams are built.
A leader isn't someone who always speaks first.
A leader is someone who, after talking to him, makes people believe in yourselves a little more.
So today, I'm not asking you for high results.
Not for record-breaking numbers.
Start simple.
Become the kind of person people trust.
Someone who doesn't shift responsibility.
Someone who stays calm when others start to panic.
Because these are the kind of people who build companies they're proud of.
And one day, looking back, you won't remember the number of meetings you held.
Not the numbers in the reports.
You'll remember the people.
Those with whom you went through difficult times.
Those you supported.
And those who once supported you.
That's a true team victory.
And it's precisely for such victories that it's worth coming to work every new day.

8. Discipline isn't a rule. It's not a clause in the rules.
It's your weapon.
The only thing that won't let you down when the going gets tough.
If you spend your weekend so bad that you can barely stand on your feet on Monday, you're not tired.
You gave up.
You gave your opponent a step forward.
You allowed them to get closer to your place, to your dream, to your victory.
We either claw our way to success together—with a clear head, with a fierce determination, with the discipline that keeps us in shape...
Or we turn into a crowd of people who live from Friday to Friday.
And those people don't win fights.
They watch them on TV.
Life isn't a buffet. It's a fight.
Every day, someone tries to take a piece of you.
And if you step into the arena out of shape, if you look like yesterday's forgotten fried egg, the world will eat you up.
And won't even flinch.
But today is not that day.
Today you step into the arena focused.
Today you step into the arena disciplined.
Today you step into the arena like a true fighter should be.
You keep your head cool. You keep your body in shape.
You keep your spirit in check.
And when you're like that, no one can break you.
Because discipline isn't a limitation. It's freedom.
Freedom to be stronger. Freedom to be faster.
Freedom to be first.
And today, guys...
you're not just stepping into the arena to fight.
You're stepping into the arena to prove that discipline makes a team strong, and strength makes winners.

9. Every morning we have a choice.
Work half-heartedly, count the hours until the end of the day, live from Friday to Friday.
Or go out there as if today decides everything.
Because one day it really will.
Life rarely warns you when that moment is coming.
It doesn't put up a sign: "Attention, the next five minutes will change your career."
No.
It simply gives you five more minutes.
And watches who keeps working when everyone else has already mentally gone home.
That's where the difference appears.
The difference between people who spend their whole lives explaining why things didn't work out...
And those who are once called winners.
Victory never comes with a bang.
It's made up of minutes.
Calls you didn't want to make.
Emails you wanted to put off until tomorrow.
Todos no one will check.
From the last effort, when it seems there's no more strength left.
That's where results are born.
Do you think the last mihuts or even last second don't change anything?
You're wrong.
History favors those who stay in the game until the end.
Remember the 2002 Olympics.
The short track final.
Stephen Bradbury is last.
He's not the hero of the day. Not the favorite.
Nobody's looking at him. Everyone's looking at the leaders.
The last lap. The last turn.
And that's when the leaders collide.
Everyone falls.
And the person who just kept running... Wins the Olympics.
Not because he was the fastest. But because he didn't stop.
That's the main lesson.
In life, it's not always the most talented who wins.
Not always the smartest.
And not even always the strongest.
Very often, the one who continues to do their job when everyone else has given up wins.
So tomorrow… Don't just come to work.
Come to win. Start from the first minute.
Don't be late. Don't slow down.
Don't switch off five minutes before the end.
Because none of us knows which minute will be the one.
The one after which everything will change.
And when that moment comes…
I want you to be the people who stand on their feet.
Still working.
Still moving forward.
Because victory comes to those who don't stop fighting until the very last second.

10. Listen to me.
Life doesn't ask if you're ready for the fight.
It simply puts you in the arena.
Every morning. Every conversation. Every decision.
We tend to think that the real battles are fought somewhere far away. But the hardest battles are fought where no one sees. Within us.
Every day there comes a moment when we must speak the truth—and we remain silent.
Every day there comes a moment when it's better to remain silent—and we allow words to destroy what we've spent years building.
This is how the most important battles are won or lost.
Not against others. Against yourself.
There's a voice that demands the easy way out. It says, "Think about yourself. Choose what's comfortable. Don't strain yourself."
And then there's another voice.
Quiet.
It demands courage. Demands loyalty to principles. Demands doing the right thing, even if no one appreciates it.
Every time you listen to this voice, you become stronger.
Every time you betray it, you give away a part of yourself.
People always sense who is standing in front of them.
They don't sense the volume of a voice. Not pretty words.
They sense a person who doesn't trade their principles for comfort.
Who doesn't allow fear, pride, or selfishness to dictate their life.
That's why some are believed and others forgotten.
Strength isn't born in muscles.
It's born in character.
Perhaps you were lucky enough to find good teachers.
Perhaps you were raised by the right books.
Or perhaps you had to learn everything on your own, separating lies from truth, noise from meaning, what makes a person stronger from what slowly destroys them.
But today, only one thing matters.
What choice will you make now?
Because good and evil never made peace.
And every day they fight for your heart.
So enter this arena.
With an open heart that can empathize.
With a clear mind that distinguishes the real from the empty.
And with a character that doesn't break under the blows.
Because in the end, victory doesn't belong to the strongest.
It belongs to the one who, no matter what, refused to give in.

11
Listen to me.
Everything in life changes.
Faster than we can comprehend.
Yesterday you were a soldier. Today you are a commander.
Yesterday you were at the top...
and today life throws you to the very bottom.
And you know what? It's not a tragedy.
It's life. It moves. It spins.
It tests each of us.
If yesterday you breathed defeat... NOTHING.
Remember that taste. Because tomorrow...
tomorrow you can taste victory.
If yesterday you lost today you have a choice.
Stay there.
Or rise.
If yesterday you had little, work. Endure. Fight.
Until you have A LOT.
I've seen underdogs become champions.
I've seen the favorites fall to their knees.
I've seen those NO ONE BELIEVE IN...
And then the whole world looked up to them.
And you know why?
Because no one knows when the darkness will end.
No one knows which corner your best period begins.
So today...
KEEP YOUR HEAD UP.
Even if it hurts.
Even if it's hard.
Take one more step. One more push. One more strike.
ONE more try.
Because hard work... Patience... And character...
SOONER OR LATER THEY RECEIVE THEIR REWARD.
But if you're at the top today...
Be careful.
Don't let pride blind you.
The moment you decide that you are above the rest...
Life will remind you how quickly a person can fall.
So when things are hard—ENDURE.
When things are easy—APPRECISE.
And always remember:
LIFE CAN TURN 180 DEGREES... IN ONE MOMENT.
And that's why... WE ARE A TEAM.
When one falls— WE LIFT him UP.
When one can no longer run— WE RUN FOR him.
When one stops believing— WE BELIEVE FOR him.
And when our time comes to rise to the top...
WE WILL RISE THERE TOGETHER.
Not just one. Not just two.
ALL.
Today we will enter the ring of life TOGETHER.
We work TOGETHER. We fight TOGETHER.
We endure TOGETHER.
And no matter what happens...
WE WILL GO TO THE END.

12. Listen to me carefully.
We're used to thinking that great victories are achieved on Monday mornings.
But that's not true.
Victory begins much earlier. It begins the night before.
Our life is not a sprint. It's a long game.
And in this game, the winner isn't the one who gives 200 percent just once,
but the one who can maintain his strength and move forward day after day, week after week, year after year.
Every evening is an investment in tomorrow.
Every night is an opportunity to recharge, regain energy and clarity of thought.
It's there, when no one is watching, that the foundation for tomorrow's results is laid.
Many people consider themselves machines.
They think they can push a little harder, endure a little longer, miss another night of sleep.
But we are not machines. We are people.
And our strength does not lie in endlessly expending ourselves.
Our strength lies in recovering promptly and returning to the field ready to fight.
Remember one simple thing: Monday starts on Suterday evening.
Tomorrow's results are born today.
How you spend this evening will determine what kind of person you'll be in the morning—tired and exhausted, or focused and ready to win.
And when your alarm goes off tomorrow, there won't be any magic.
The sudden energy you didn’t give yourself last night won’t appear.
The strength you spent so completely won’t return.
Nothing comes back on its own.
Nothing magically rises from the ashes.
You either gave it yesterday - or you didn’t.
And today, life presents the bill.
It asks one question without mercy:
Did you prepare… or did you hope for something?
Because hope doesn’t lift you.
Hope doesn’t carry you. Hope doesn’t save you.
Only the work you’ve already done does.
Only the strength you’ve already built does.
Only the discipline you’ve already lived does.
So take care of yourself. Not because you need to rest.
But because there are still many important matches ahead.
Many goals. Many chalenges
We are a team.
And a strong team isn't a team that can heroically burn out.
It's a team that can conserve its strength, support each other, and return to the field ready to fight every new day.
So tonight, make the choice for your future.
Because great victories begin with recovery.
And it's this that gives us the strength to keep going when others have already stopped.

13. Listen to me...
Because now I'm going to tell you something that people usually understand too late.
We are a team. But before we become a team... each of us is an individual.
And if a person is broken inside, if they are angry, tired, exhausted—no team will pull them up.
That's why I want you to hear this not with your ears, but with your hearts.
Take care of yourselves. Take care of each other.
Every finger, every nail—yes, even that.
Because growth doesn't begin with victories.
Growth begins with caring.
With respect.
With the way you look at the person next to you.
With the way you speak to them.
Do you want to become stronger? Then learn to be gentler.
Do you want to rise higher? Then learn to let go of your ego.
Do you want to grow?
Then create an atmosphere around you where you can breathe.
Don't pressure each other. Don't break each other.
Don't tear your nervous system to pieces.
Conflicts? Quarrels?
No!
That's the luxury of the weak. We're taking a different path.
We're creating a place where everyone can be in excellent psychological shape.
Where every day is a little holiday. Where the soul rests, not hides.
Because from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we don't just work.
We grow. We build ourselves.
We become people who can look each other in the eyes and say,
"I did everything to make it bright here."
And when each of us does this, we become almost like family.
And family is strength.
So rise up. Breathe. Grow.
Every day.
Every minute. While you're here, make your life a celebration.
Because personal growth isn't a feat. It's a choice.
And you're making it right now.
14
So, it's a new day, guys. And new opportunities.
We're putting everything on the line. Everything we've accumulated so far. All our experience. All our life lessons. Everything we've learned. Everything we've understood.
Everything we had. Everything we have.
We're giving this new day, this new battle, all our dreams, desires, and hopes.
Our competitors will try to bite us once again. And once again, they'll break their teeth.
But they won't stop. They have something special in store for us. And we mustn't stop!
Therefore, we must be ready.
We must stay focused on this line of battle.
Because if we lose concentration, we'll be swatted like a fly on the wall.
There will be no draw in this fight.
The stakes are too high. That's why life is getting more interesting.
Perhaps for someone, today will be the finale.
And this day will be the culmination of their mission. So when that hour comes, you understand why you've lived, what you've been striving for.
For at the moment of truth, everything becomes transparent and obvious.
And the entire universe becomes clear who is worthy and who is not.
And the only chance to be worthy is to walk this path courageously and boldly to the end.
And step, without looking around, where it's needed!
Into darkness, into cold, into water or fire.
And we will do this not because it's part of a plan, but because this is why we came.
This is why we have lived to this moment!

15. Take a quick look at our competitors.
They're confident they've calculated everything.
They think formulas, reports, and statistics are reality.
But they don't know the most important thing: the heart and soul defy any prediction.
The soul melts a cold gaze.
The soul turns icebergs in the heart into warm water.
And it's the soul—your soul—that makes a team invincible.
We don't move forward for the numbers in a report.
Not for KPIs.
Not for checkboxes in a corporate system.
We move forward to win hearts and minds.
So that even those who doubted us will one day say, "Damn... these guys did it!"
Listen carefully.
I give you my fire.
Let it burn away all doubt, all uncertainty, all inner constraint.
Step with your heart. Let your mind catch up.
Let him stumble, let him falter, but passion always comes first.
Today, you are not just a team. Today, you are a single element,
a sacred mechanism that unleashes a force that cannot be seen and cannot be stopped.
You are the energy that lifts each other up.
You are the force that works not for "I," but for "we."
You are the people who have each other's backs,
who lift each other up when someone falls,
who move forward, even when the going gets tough.
And when it's all over...
When the noise dies down...
When the dust settles...
You will sit in silence, look at each other, and understand:
you have plucked the fruits that others didn't even dare touch.
That's what a team is. That's what strength is.
That's what you are—today.

16. Stop measuring your life by numbers. Money. Status.
What you can show on your phone screen.
Those are just decorations. The real account is kept within you.
Every day, ask yourself one question: Am I stronger than I was yesterday?
Not physically. Not louder. Not richer. Stronger in spirit.
Character isn't born when people applaud you.
It's born in silence. In those moments when no one is watching, yet you still choose discipline over excuses.
Honesty over convenience. Action over fear.
The most dangerous trap is to start worshiping yourself.
When you only see your own reflection, you stop growing.
Your ego inflates, and your personality shrinks.
True strength is revealed in how you treat people who can't give you anything in return.
Helping the weak doesn't mean becoming weaker.
It means proving to yourself that your strength is real.
Share what you have. Knowledge. Time. Opportunities.
Because success that can't be shared is just an expensive cage.
A leader doesn't demand respect. They deserve it.
Not because they stand above others, but because they are able to lift others up when they no longer believe in themselves.
Don't look for an easy life.
Look for a life after which you can look in the mirror and say, "I didn't betray myself. I took every chance to become better."
And if one day the world asks who you were, let the answer be not your words, but the people you helped become stronger.

17. Do you think teams fall apart because of a lack of talent?
No.
Teams fall apart when poison permeates them.
Negativity. Gossip. Cowardice. Selfishness.
This is what destroys teams faster than any competitor.
And remember one thing: imperfection will always exist.
On any team. In any company. In any locker room.
Evil cannot be completely eradicated from the world.
But you can decide how much space you give it in your team.
Because evil always wants one thing—to lure you into its game.
To make you respond to hatred with hatred.
To make you feel the bitterness that is its own.
And that's where the true test of character begins.
A strong person is not the one who shouts the loudest.
Not the one who can fight back the hardest. A strong person is the one who can keep his cool when chaos surrounds him. Sometimes a team's greatest victory is avoiding dirty fighting.
Don't feed negativity. Don't spread gossip.
Don't let conflicts destroy trust between people.
Because as soon as you start living like that, the team stops moving forward.
It begins to consume itself.
And great teams don't live like that. They prefer discipline to hysteria.
Respect is more important than humiliation. Character is more important than cheap emotions.
But do you know how to determine if a team is moving in the right direction?
It's very simple.
When you become stronger, clearer, calmer in your interactions with people, it means you're creating something real.
But if you constantly become the worst version of yourself in the presence of others, it's time to change direction.
So keep up the good work.
Don't waste time on dirt. Don't let other people's poison control your atmosphere.
Because in the end, it's not the loudest teams that win. Those who can unite each other win.

18. Listen up. Life isn't a jury, and you're not the prosecutor here.
Every guy you meet is fighting a war you know nothing about.
Some were born with bad cards, some broke down along the way, but they're standing there.
This is their face, their voice, their truth. Embrace it.
If you don't like the smell on this street, turn around and walk away.
But don't you dare spit in someone's soul just because they don't look like your reflection in the mirror.
You want to be great? Then be able to see the spark in the ashes.
If they've taken even one step, if they're trying so damn hard to be better, tell them.
Your kind word could be the push that turns a loser into a champion. And you know what? Tomorrow, that person will be your rock.
The world isn't changed by screaming, it's changed by what's in your chest. Be strong, be generous, be human. Take action.

19. I know what's going to happen next.
Someday, years from now, you'll retire, sit in your chair, and suddenly...
You'll feel it. You'll remember that team.
And you'll realize: damn... this is it—the best time of your life.
Not when everything was calm. Not when everything was simple.
But now—when you're working on a project, when you're creating, when you're pushing those heavy stones upward, because someone has to do it.
And that someone is you.
Yes, it's hard. Yes, sometimes you want to quit.
But you know what's scarier?
To turn into concrete, no longer hearing, feeling, or striving for anything.
Work sustains life. It warms the heart.
It forces you to face challenges and overcome them.
And most importantly, it gives you the strength to support others, to help them move forward. And then one day... You'll look back.
And you'll see it all: the faces of your colleagues,
The laughter in the office, the celebrations, the deadlines, the victories, the defeats—all of it will become bronze bas-reliefs in your memory.
And they will warm you. Sometimes, they will save you.
And then your 80th birthday will come.
You'll raise your glasses, look at your children, your grandchildren...
And you'll say: "I have not lived my life in vain."
I worked. I did everything I could. Everything I was obliged to.
I fulfilled my mission with honor and dignity.
And now I pass the baton to you.
Live actively. Take action. Believe.
And never regret dedicating yourself to this cause.
And you know what?
They will believe. Because standing before them will be a person who truly lived.
A team player. A man of action. The man who never gave up!

20. Listen to me. There's one thing in any team that can't be faked.
It's honesty.
Not the kind you talk about.
The kind you see in your eyes. The kind you demonstrate in your actions.
The way you walk into a room, and the way you walk out.
Don't be superior. Don't pretend to be kings.
Because at the moment of truth—and it always comes—
All that crumbles to dust.
And only the person remains.
The real one. Or the empty one.
Better to be invisible at first glance, interesting at the second, and unique at the third.
And not the other way around.
Because the team sees. The team feels.
The team knows who's playing a role, and who's truly living life.
And when that moment comes...
When the masks fall, when the light becomes brighter than you'd like...
Then everything becomes visible:
Your sincerity or your hypocrisy? Your generosity or your greed, your compassion or your indifference.
So don't spare yourself.
Don't spare your nerves, your skin, or your time.
Give. Don't skimp. Work for the good of the team.
Because a team isn't an office, a project, or a KPI.
A team is people who can support you on the day you can't cope on your own.
And then one day, when you're sad, when emptiness and silence reign…
The phone will ring.
And you'll hear: "We want you to be with us."
Because your generosity, your sincerity, your humanity…
They have made us stronger.
And today we've thrown a party in your honor.
And we've already prepared a seat for you at the big table.
The best seat.
That's what it means to be part of a team.
That's what it means to be a trusted person.
Not for a title. Not for a role. But for the heart!

21. Either we are a team of hawks, soaring above everyone else, or we remain dust on the sidelines.
So, square your shoulders, gather your courage, and keep living, creating, and winning.
Yesterday is gone.
There is only today, this moment, this rhythm, and how you enter it.
We are here to catch the wave and make the whole world dance to our music.
Golden nuggets don't fall from the sky. They only appear when employees pour their heart into their work.
And your craftsmanship must become so compelling that reality must burst at the seams.
Either you do your job flawlessly, pouring your heart into every detail, or you can take the idea of ;;baking cakes to a bakery.
But even there, you will be questioned about quality.
Don't dare think like everyone else.
Spit out those cheap clich;s. Break those stereotypes you've been fed since childhood.
Look through walls, not through your neighbors' windows.
Get to the root of things.
See the reasons behind things.
Permeate everything.
Take what's essential that others have deemed unnecessary.
And we will become a superteam.
And we will find that one lever that will launch our rocket into the stratosphere.
We will lift it so high that their necks will hurt to watch.
That's why we're here.
We're here to do great things.
So that their hearts beat faster when they hear our words and see our actions.
So abandon conventional thinking.
It's for weaklings.
Throw out all stereotypes, clich;s, and conventional wisdom.
Stepping outside the box is not a choice, but today it is a survival mode that must be ingrained into your subconscious.

22. Just say you're staying in the game. In this team.
"Yeah, I'm still here... I'm in, guys!"
Because I have no other way. And neither do you.
If you give in to your own carnal desires and follow them, you can very quickly turn into a crumbling pile of garbage.
Yes, sometimes life accelerates at the speed of outer space.
And the shaking and turbulence begin.
And it seems hopelessly behind, and we'll never get anywhere... and never achieve anything.
But I'll tell you this.
If we stay dedicated to our work, dedicated to our team, dedicated to our dream,
Then something magical happens. And we catch the last car of the departing train.
And the odds are in our favor. And the obstacles disappear.
Because when you focus on your goal, your dream, and the people around you, the packs of wolves scatter because they sense your inner strength.
And then you look back and marvel at how skillfully you managed to extricate yourself from that quagmire.
Because someone, here or in this unseen world, said: let's clear the way for them to achieve their goal.
Because this person proved to everyone that they are a true fighter.
And they deserve a reward.
Remember, you are never alone.
And if you don't give up, go against the wind, and overcome difficulties, believe in yourself... then your chances, my friend, will grow with every second!
