Your fridge must be the most common style of free-standing devices. It was picked by AI without any specific hint from me, other than a large wide fridge with a shiny metal surface. Yours should bear a logo, and this fridge is no-name.
And the tourist cities are my pick, with no particular meaning. Just the first ones that came out of my head. They are, by the way, part of the idea behind "one hundred thousand songs". A funny thing is that AI made a few noticeable mistakes in the city images.
