The reality of change in states
Various forms of government
Theory and practice, having found harmony,
In the theory of the mutations
of infinite states -
Along the dialectical spiral
On the axis of the development
and decline of civilizations
From the tyranny of dictatorship
to democracy and, further, -
Back to the tyranny of dictatorship
At the instigation of power-hungry scoundrels,
Using dictatorship to usurp
All power in their own country
Using the laws of democracy
And increasing neglect
Of citizens' civic duty.
This phenomenon was a hardship to overcome.
Already in the current period
of Modern History,
the peoples of France,
Italy, Germany, Russia,
and in our own, 21st century,
the peoples of Poland, Hungary,
Slovenia, Bulgaria,
and Belarus and Turkey,
and even that country that boasts
of its democratic laws and customs,
the sub-Trump USA.
The result, as a rule, is the same:
Tragic,
The fa;ade—formal—democracy
with all the trappings and accessories,
with parliament and elections.
And the essence of power is dictatorship,
sliding into tyranny.

Секут как розгами на протяжении Истории
Реал сменяемости в государствах
Разных форм устройства власти
Теория и практика, гармонию нашедшие,
В теории мутаций бесконечных государств -
Вдоль по диалектической спирали
На оси развития ииугасания цивилизаций
От тирании диктатуры к демократии и, далее, -
Вновь к тирании диктатуры
С подачи властолюбивых прохиндеев,
Использующих диктатуру для узурпации
В своей стране всей власти
С использованием законов демократии
И нарастания манкирование
Своиминражданским долгом граждан.
Сей феномен дано было пройти «своим горбом»
Уже в период нынешней Истории Новейшей
Народам Франции,
Италии, Германии, России,
И в нашем уже, - XXI-oм веке, -
Народам Польши, Венгрии, Словении, Болгарии
И яБеларуси с Турцией,
И даже той страны, которая кичится
Своими демократическими
Законами с обычаями, -
ПодтрАмповыми США.
Итог, как правило один  -
Трагикомический, -
Фасад - ФормальнО - демократия
Со всеми атрибутами-аксессуарами, -
С парламентом и выборами.
А сущность власти - диктатура,
Сползающая в тиранию.
