The half-week heat has dried grass-covered earth.
Thin leaves have been well-painted into yellow
as in hot August, but high-flying birds
cry, that it's early to go to the travel.
There is one month to fly in this North sky.
There is just month to bring up their nestlings.
Is among them fast GOR? Is it alive?
Does it have fledglings? I will know it never.
