Just do it
I see the hands that pull the dream.
I see truth turn into numbers fast,
I see a man become what he’s meant to mask.
I know the rules, I know the cost,
I map the roads that people lost.
But all this knowing in my head
Never brings me closer to what I said.
Every time I think I’ve figured it out,
Something inside turns it inside out.
No need to understand it — I just do it.
No need to overplan it — I just move it.
While the mind keeps counting loss and fear,
I keep moving, I stay here.
I just do it.
I learned to watch my thoughts pass by,
Like they don’t always tell me why.
But sometimes they get too loud,
And turn into the only crowd.
I’ve got a thousand reasons to delay,
But every change began the day
I stopped explaining what I feel,
And let the action make it real.
No need to understand it — I just do it.
No need to overplan it — I just move it.
While the mind keeps counting loss and fear,
I keep moving, I stay here.
I just do it.
Maybe I see too much,
Maybe I forget too little.
Maybe the answers were always close,
But life prefers the riddle.
I don’t know where this goes,
I don’t know what remains.
But when the impulse hits my bones,
I move.
If I speak it,
I build it.
If I choose it,
I keep it.
The universe doesn’t answer thoughts.
It answers motion.
No need to understand it — I just do it.
No need to understand it — I just do it.
