The Little Prince

[Verse 1]
On a lonely star-planet alone,
He meets the sunset many times a day,
A boy with a sword and a scarf on —
My friend, a small gentleman at play.

[Verse 2]
He pulls out baobab shoots from his land,
Loves his Rose, keeps her safe under glass.
Cleans his volcanoes like chimneys by hand,
Travels on foot where the planets pass.

[Chorus]
No spacesuit, no tickets, no map in his hand,
His scarf swirling in stardust so bright —
The Little Prince, such a cheerful young lad,
Like all grown-ups once were, in their light.

[Verse 3]
They've quietly forgotten the scent of the dawn,
Don't remember how precious it is to light stars.
They don't understand — baobab monsters can torn
A planet apart if you leave them too long.

[Verse 4]
Grown-ups have become so boring and serious,
Forgot that life is simply a game.
Their deeds are "useful", their day is delirious —
And often they drive themselves insane.

[Chorus]

[Outro - spoken word]
The Little Prince stayed so carefree and bright,
He walks on the starry path alone.
If you've become a grown-up overnight —
Look at the sky: your boy is waving home.
