You melted my ice, you melted it all,
You broke through my strong, my armor-like wall,
You sent up my soul on a flight so high –
Emotions spun in a dance, you and I.

Only with you do I feel so right,
And yet it still scares me so deeply at night…
My soul holds a feeling so strange, unclear –
It feels like joy, though danger is near.

It feels so good just to kiss your lips,
To hold you, to trace your gentle fingertips.
These feelings – no words could ever replace,
They're nothing like anything, time or space.

You came to my life so quietly,
You opened the door of my heart to me,
And gently you led me out of the dark –
Now I'm a tame beast who trusts your spark.

I'm not an angel – I can be cold,
But with you, I'd never be cruel or bold.
