You know, I wanted to love you in the beginning

You know I wanted to love you in the beginning,
It felt like my soul was bored,
It was worrying and spinning,
Until it realised that It was caught

Again in the gold cage:
Firstly family and now love engaged.
I'm done with this captivity, go away,
I don't want to love you anymore,

Leave and take with you all that you said,
Don't interfere with my life anymore.
You're wrong if you think
That my soul was never blamed by me with rust,

You don't understand a thing,
I was the only one who loved among us.
I've been through sorrows and pains,
And through revolution, surgery, so what?

It contributed to my will,
But you'll not understand all of it.
I thought about it right before my death,
But it didn't come, like you didn't, only wind

Worries my soul and the hems of my trousers,
Life will never be full anymore,
You are my curse and you are my star,
And I'll never forget you at all.

Let you blame me
For my every fail, for my every step,
Don't say that it isn't like that,
Let you don't even love me,

I don't love and regret anymore
But you're ingrained in me like my chest scars,
And I don't understand at all
What are you doing with me so far...

You know, I wanted to love you in the beginning,
I was a different person then,
But you loved others, you forgive them,
Know, that I didn't forgive you then...

I'm always second-class for you,
Cold rock for the idle maiden,
Who's near the rough fjord to
Sing her beautiful strains.

I tried to love another girl,
But now I just apologize to her,
I'll never find someone like you,
To love, to suffer, so humbling is all I do,

I'm accepting my faith,
I'm a cold rock and people are nimble steam,
Among these people you flourish and flaith,
Choose steam instead of rock and me...
