On the mercilessly tiny
planet Earth
Once lived a simple and small Man.
Worked his simple and minor little job
With a tiny and simple briefcase.
Earned his living small though it was.
And one day –
on one beautiful morning –
on his little window knocked
one,
just seemingly,
little War…
The subgun he was given a small one
Soldier’s boots he was given small ones
Helmet also was given a small one
and small was the size
of the soldier’s greatcoat.
… Only when he fell in the battle –
unsightly, improperly,
twisted mouth roaring “Charge!”
No marble on Earth was big enough
To carve in the stone the Man as large!
