The Willow
On one silent river’s shore,
There came an unhappy widow,
And nobody saw her anymore.
There was a wide poplar,
To spend under one night
There came one poor pauper,
Forever vanished he from sight.
They could unite their leaves,
Thus saving lonely lives,
But they finished under trees,
The one don’t see another dies.
