A simple question-
Does anybody know
What is really needed to be happy?
What is this world's delight?
And how to stay alive and peppy?

Blue sky,
The sun, the snow sparkles.
If only there were enough bread,
Good rye,
And water to drink, and chuckles,
And of course, not to be dead!
What else is needed,
To be happy?
To enjoy the life?
The field, which isn't so weeded,
A woman by your side,
And manly strength, a little, for the bride!
That there would be children
And then grandchildren,
And that at dawn,
There would be no parting,
Nobody stays alone,
Forever gone!
And that at sunset,
Everyone would sit together,
Discussing the dress,
New for the bride,
Tomorrow's weather,
And father's pride!
