I m tired of winning
I'm tired of “winning” at the gas pump — where prices have been climbing since Trump started an unauthorized war in Iran and choked off the Strait of Hormuz.
I'm tired of “winning” at the grocery store — where Virginia families are choosing between food and medicine, between rent and a full tank of gas.
I'm tired of “winning” at the doctor's office — where Republicans have gutted family planning, slashed contraception access, and turned women's healthcare into a political football while real families pay the price.
I'm tired of “winning” every time I open the news and watch the President of the United States find a brand new way to embarrass this country and demean the office that Washington, Lincoln, and Roosevelt once held.
I'm tired of “winning” while Congress sits on its hands — never once asking Trump to justify the war he started without their authorization, never once standing up for the families drowning in the chaos he created.
My MAGA Extremist opponent calls this winning.
I call it what it is: A failure of leadership. And I'm running to replace it.
