Gebet an Ida von Herzfeld

It has been said to you: Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find.
So cry out to your sister Ida, for she fed My hungry ones
And gave drink to My thirsty ones. Truly, I say to you: pray like this.


O righteous Ida, who built temples of stone and faith,
You who shared your bread with the least of these,
Hear us, who labor and are heavy laden with cares,
Help us to bear our yoke, for it is easy and the burden is light.
