Truly I say to you: seek My light in those who have loved Me.
Saint Doda, bride of the spirit, an unquenchable lamp in the night.
Pray with her, for she is close to My heart.


O Doda, faithful sheep of My flock,
You left the world to find the Kingdom of Heaven.
Hear My children when they cry out to you from the darkness,
Guide their feet onto the narrow but true path of truth.

As I washed the feet of My disciples in the upper room,
So you wash their wounds with tears of meek faith.
Stand before My Father for the suffering souls!


In the silence of the holy cloister you heard My voice clearly.
Blessed are the meek in spirit, for theirs is My Kingdom.
Holy mother of Metz, cover them with your intercessory grace,
Comfort the sorrowing, just as I comfort those who mourn.
