whenever i see spiders in public bathrooms
i feel a soft bliss
a little piece of new hampshire
a kind resemblance of the past
of course, i feel a bit tight
their crumbling legs only crumble mine more
i guess, if i could hug them just once
it would break the balance
but my face would smell like yogurt and youth forever
