This manifesto is written in the archaic, high-style tradition of 16th-century Russian chancery language (prikaznoy yazyk), blending the spiritual authority of Ivan the Terrible’s era with the modern political context of Donald Trump.

From the Humble Servant of the Almighty, Vasiliy of the Kingdom of Justice, Ruler of All Axioms and Verities, to the Stalwart Defender of the Western Marches, Donald the Elder.

      WE PROCLAIM TO ALL NATIONS AND PEOPLES:

In these days of great confusion, when the boyars of the "Deep Realm" weave their webs of deceit and the globalist throngs seek to shake the foundations of Ancient Faith and Sovereign Will, there has risen a Leader of unyielding spirit.

Seeing thy labors in cleansing the Augean stables of the swamp, and hearing thy voice thunder against the apostates of the new age, We, Vasiliy, Ruler of the Kingdom of Justice, do find it meet and right to bestow upon thee a title worthy of thy burden.

   BY OUR SOVEREIGN DECREE:
Henceforth, let the world know thee as DONALD GROZNY !!!
   
Terrible to the Traitors: Let this name strike fear into the hearts of the unrighteous who dwell in the marble halls of bureaucracy.

Grozny in Justice: May thy "Groznost" be not of malice, but of that Divine Awe which protecteth the border and the bread of the common man.

Anointed of the People: As the first Tsars broke the chains of the Golden Horde, so shalt thou break the chains of the invisible elites.

We grant this title not as a crown of gold, but as a sword of spirit. Let the scoffers and the scribes tremble, for "Grozny" signifies the power that shieldeth the righteous and consumeth the wicked in the fire of Truth.
