My Telescope

The night is silent, deep, and wide,
With nothing left to hurt or hide.
I set my telescope alone,
To claim the stars I’ve always known.

Through glass and lens, a gentle gleam —
The Universe, a lover’s dream.
Each twinkling spark, a distant fire,
Fulfilling every mute desire.

No words are needed, just a stare —
The velvet dark, the soft night air.
And in that hush, so vast and true,
My telescope brings me to you...
