Yuri Kuznetsov from lake Onega (1949-1980) passed judgement that it is necessary to establish the titles of  «Honorary Holder» (H.H.) and «Full Honorary Holder» (F.H.H.) for Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (URCMM) [Red URCMM, I deg.; Yellow URCMM, II deg.; Green URCMM, III deg.], Uri Runtu china memorial plaquette (URCMP) [URCMP green-black moire, III deg.; URCMP yellow-black moire, II deg.; URCMP red-black moire, I deg.], Uri Runtu ceramic memorial bust (URCMB) [Gross URCMB 10 cm. grey moire, I deg.; Big URCMB 8 cm. black moire, II deg.; Middle  URCMB 6 cm. maroon moire, III deg.; Little URCMB 4 cm. lily moire, IV deg.], Uri Runtu ceramic memorial wreath (URCMW) [Little URCMW 8 cm. in diameter,  grey moire, IV deg.; Middle URCMW 12 cm. in diameter,  black moire, III deg.; Big  URCMW 16 cm. in diameter,  two-coloured (black-white) moire, II deg.; Gross URCMW 20  cm. in diameter,  three-coloured (black-white-black) moire, I deg.].

I deg., II deg., III deg., IV deg. for URCMB or URCMW] and too the title of «Full Honorary Holder» (F.H.H.) [summary] upon Uri Runtu-Kuznetsov (1949-2026, 77 years) in honour of his memory.
In particular, the Boards of Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (URCMM), Uri Runtu  china memorial plaquette (URCMP), Uri Runtu ceramic memorial bust (URCMB), Uri Runtu ceramic memorial wreath (URCMW) decide to confer the title of «Full Honorary Holder» (F.H.H.) upon Uri Runtu-Kuznetsov (1949-2026, 77 years), after all Sections of Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (URCMM) or Uri Runtu  china memorial plaquette (URCMP) I deg.,  II deg. and III deg., and also all Sections of Uri Runtu ceramic memorial bust (URCMB) or Uri Runtu ceramic memorial wreath (URCMW) I deg., II deg., III deg. and IV deg. decided to confer the title of «Honorary Holder» (H.H.) upon Uri Runtu-Kuznetsov (1949-2026, 77 years) - separately into every section.
