Robots, little robots, come to the fore
Stop hiding between the cracks in a floor
I can see your tracks, the oozing gore
You came out to play while I was gone
Birds, brightest birds, continue to sing

I wake up at dawn, surrounded by your din
I smile, I’m happy, before starting to kill
Stars, distant stars, abandon your might
I’m tired and sore after yesterday’s night
Give me the light, your cold searing light
So I could live up to being in another fight
Monster, my Monster, I acknowledge you
You’ve never obscured this horrible view
Of what I had wrought, knowing or not
I’ve no regrets, but blood rules the world
Mirror, oh mirror, don’t tell me the truth
Lie to me shamelessly, without being rude
Am I just lovely? Am I still cool?
Just say I can kill, not becoming a ghoul
