I am the one who sinned and fell,

Who never learned to cherish life.
You are the One who spoke and made,
Who paid our debts with Your Blood sacred.
You are the One who taught us love,
To hope, to honor, trust in You.
You are the One who showed the way,
For all my sins, You bore the pain.
Christ – You are life, our Heaven’s Light!
You are the truth that fills our hearts, our sight.
I cannot love the way You do,
Or fully forgive as You are true.
But still I trust, and hope once more,
That only love will cover all.
