I’ve fallen — yes, I know, don’t hurry,
Your help, I truly don’t need.
Don’t sigh, just go, there’s no concern here,
I’ll rise — if that’s what I decreed.
Don’t glance askance. Life is like this —
My life, and I’m the one who lives…
We all step on the same old rakes,
And get a whack right on the napes.
Don’t reach your hands, just walk right past,
Go on your way — I’ll stand at last.
I’ll rise, I’ll straighten up my spine,
Don’t interfere — this life is mine.
I’ve fallen — yes, it’s gonna hurt,
But this is lesson, I’ll absorb.
Believe me, I will bear, alert,
The life I live — no need to scold.
