In search of love and tenderness,
My fluffy joy came home to me.
She gives herself with fearlessness,
Full of pure love, so wild and free.

Surrounding me with peaceful grace,
In tangled beams of sunlight rays,
A careful, tender, slow-paced chase –
A gentle patrol through my days.

Dispelling every shade of doubt,
Like an angel from skies above,
A happy miracle, curled about,
Warms my knees with purring love.

And in her emerald eyes so deep,
Where ancient wisdom seems to glow,
Reflections of the wondrous keep
Of mysteries that we can't know...

And everything is healed right then,
By purring in the cozy silence.
The world is lit up once again,
By a soul of pure and bright reliance.

She came for affection and sweetness,
My furry, my joyful delight,
Giving herself with completeness,

Surrounding me gently with stillness,

She walks her unhurried patrols as
A guardian lighting my way.

Dispelling the shadows of doubting,
Like an angel who came from above,
She curls on my lap, softly routing
All sorrow with warmth and with love.

And deep in her emerald eyes gleaming,
Where wisdom of ages still flows,
A reflection of wonder lies dreaming —
Of mystical worlds no one knows.

And everything heals in the quiet,
The purring, the peace of her sound,
The world is illuminated by it —
A soul so precious and profound.
