This Armenian cashier at the Moscow store
silently argues with me every time,
every time she smiles at me and my bear hat,
she said: we're the same age, but I have five grandchildren.
I'm just a psychic and I can hear you. Yeah?
I replied: but I look like your daughter,
and not like you, an old woman, how about that?
And she laughs every time I shop.
I generally agree with you, my dear, about values.
But your grandchildren and children don't even like you, my dear, how about that?
She laughs.
