Statement of Case: I respectfully request the Court to issue a Harassment Prevention
Order and to compel the Defendants to account for their actions, following a
series of violent incidents, threats, and vandalism.

1. Incidents of Threats and Vandalism by the Neighbor ("Edik" and accomplices):

Previous Incidents: On September 20, 2023, and December 12, 2023, acts of violence
and vandalism were committed against my electrical cabinet.

March 4, 2025: The Defendant kicked my apartment door and vandalized my electrical
cabinet.

February 2, 2026 (Most Recent Incident): Explicit death threats were made. The
neighbor stated: "If you get close to the electrical cabinet, I will break your
skull with a crowbar!" Additionally, threats of a sexual nature were made, as
well as threats to use explosives ("I will blow up your apartment with explosives").

Consequences: Following this harassment, I was left without electricity for
6 days, until I paid a private electrician on February 8, 2026, to repair the
malicious damage.

2. Allegations Regarding Police Conduct:

March 5, 2025: Following my call to the National Hotline, I was assaulted at
the Dimona Police Station. My left hand was crushed by a device/restraint, causing
loss of sensation and movement. The officers denied me medical aid and verbally
abused me, stating "We despise people" and threatening, "We will stop your heart."

Lack of Protection: Despite my repeated appeals, the police refuse to address
my complaints, labeling me a "nuisance" and threatening to confiscate my phone
instead of protecting me from the neighbors.

Relief Sought from the Court:

Harassment Prevention Order: An order prohibiting the Defendant from approaching
my electrical cabinet, my door, or making any contact with me.

Police Disclosure: I request the Court to order the police to disclose all information
regarding the incidents on the following dates: April 11, 2022; July 11, 2022;
and March 5, 2025.

Requirement to Answer: To compel the Defendants to respond to these claims—whether
they admit to or deny the allegations—so that justice may be served.
