Somewhere in the twilight
When Morpheus hadn't pulled me into his kingdom of dreams
Somewhere in the twilight
I see the golden eyes watching me
Somewhere in the twilight
I can't resist, pre-sleep numbness
I see someone nameless
But I’m not so fearless

I peer into the void looking for signs
I'm drowning in the quicksand of my mind
Splitting my words into colorful fragments of my story
It's like I'm writing a novel and living with glory
I live every second of happiness under the sun
And I practically die in the twilight as if from a drug
Pre-sleep numbness like waiting dragon
Either you die or you turn into warrior

I’m studying the motive of my fears all of the time
But when twilight falls
I turn on the saving light that embraces me all night
When twilight falls
I'm still a little girl, not a fearless warrior
Somewhere in the twilight
The rules change ‘coz I’m not a master yet
I’m still me, I’m not turning into a warrior, but I try and I get it
