The night falls heavy on my chest,
A wounded heart that can't find rest.

Angry tears I can't disguise,
Love and pain in tangled ties.

I’m still mad I miss you,
Fighting ghosts I can’t undo.
Lost in what we used to do,
I’m still mad I miss you.

You walked away with no goodbye,
Left silence where once was sky.
I curse the past and curse the pain,
But still I call your name in vain.
