If you are a true leader

If you are a true leader,
you should deal not with people
as they are indeed
and the circumstances around you,
gray, dull, and petty,
but with the energies and opportunities
emerging and maturing gradually
behind the shoulders of everyone you meet.

If you are a true leader,
you should not dwell
on the mistakes and errors of people,
as they are and who they really are,
lest you lose fervent allies,
and your own faith and strength.

In everyday interactions with people,
you should be much more discerning
with their advanced transcendences,
that is, with as-yet non-existent personalities,
as they could be in principle
and may yet emerge,
if relationships are properly built
honest, sincere, and fervent,
always dealing with awakening energies,
motives and goals
striving for the future,
rather than focusing on weaknesses,
stifling the soul's awakening.

And then both you and they will find rewards
and the common deal benefits the most
if there are more people around
who deal with energies,
rather than with a list of personal grievances and transgressions.

And a leader, whose name is legion,
is one who can only wait for change,
immersed in inaction from morning to night
resenting the entire Universe due to spiritual laziness.
