Memories I can’t control.
Your laughter lingers, soft and low -

I reach for light, but it’s the same.

Lost in tides that never slow.

The night replays our final scene,
A faded touch, a love unseen.
Your words still echo through my mind,
A bittersweet I can’t unwind.

I chase the dawn, but darkness stays,
Caught in the glow of yesterday.
