Courage To Rise

Feet on fire, the ground feels thin,
Storm behind, I breathe it in.
Scars remind me where I’ve been,
But not where this ends, not again.

Fell through glass and called it sky,
Lost my voice but learned to try.
In the silence, I made peace —
Every fall becomes release.

Every doubt, a test of flame,
Every loss still speaks my name.
Courage doesn’t wait for signs,
It’s the spark between the lines.

It’s the courage to rise,
Through the smoke and the lies.
When your hands still shake,
But your soul won’t break.
Every crack becomes light,
Every wrong feels right —
That’s the fire inside,
That’s the courage to rise.

All the pages, burned and gone,
Still I write, still move on.
Dreams don’t die — they just evolve,
In the chaos, I resolve.

Every “no” just feeds the flame,
Every pain rewrites my name.
Let the world keep turning blind,
I’ve got purpose intertwined.

Every scar’s a kind of art,
Proof I’ve lived, not torn apart.
Bravery’s not loud or wild —
It’s a whisper, undefiled.

It’s the courage to rise,
When the fear finally dies.
When your voice won’t fade,
Though the cost is paid.
Every fall, every climb,
Every “maybe not this time” —
Still I reach the sky,
That’s the courage to rise.

Hands still shaking, but they rise,
Heart still breaking, but it tries.
Every breath, another sign —
I was made to rise.
