Есть Гневный - он стремится отрицать,
критиковать, от многих избавляться.
Как Интеллектуальный - он искать
Все, что нездраво хочет, чтоб подняться.

И Думающий равен Глупому,
Ведь оба возбужденны, неспокойны.
Один от склонности додумывать,
Другой - не понимая все, без толку.

Их можно распознать и по походке,
И по работе, по манере сна.
И каждому - нужны свои объекты,
Чтоб преуспела медитация.

Для верующего - святые, будда,
Для страстного - непривлекательность,
Для гневного - цвета, добро поступков,
Для мудрого: нирвана, смерть, не-я.

Для глупого - открытое пространство,
Большое объект, неограниченный,
И лучше ему слушать, подчиняться
Учителю, закон всегда учить,

Прочувствовать 32 части тела,
Объемы, проговаривать их всех.
Спекулятивным - замкнутость в пределах
И небольшой объект, дыхание.

To feel the 32 parts of the body,
