When someone in the team performs poorly and fails to fulfill their responsibilities, there's no need for everyone to turn into prosecutors and pounce on them with accusations. It's better to become advocates and defend them from attacks and criticism.

Blaming others is very easy, even enjoyable. Because it elevates you above them. And you hear that little voice: you're not like them, you're better. And if you listen and agree with that little voice, your downfall is inevitable. Don't let  arrogance spell the end of your career. Many have fallen from the heights to which their  arrogance had propelled them. At some point, they simply thought they were better than their colleagues. And the retribution for that comes immediately.

Be able to sympathize and empathize with a colleague if they've fallen into a hole. Offer them a hand and pull them out. And then, in due time, someone will lend you a hand and pull you out. Because anyone can fall into traps  or a pitfall along the way. But you're on a team, so there's no need to worry about that. The team will always be there for you! They'll pull you out, and you'll be back on solid ground, thinking about new achievements and those around you!
