If I caught a golden fish,
Or found old lamp with a genie,
Magic wand with just one wish -
What will it be, what's the meaning?

If I've caught my luck at last,
Would I wish for something special -
Change all failures in the past,
Filling life with light and passion?

If I'm lucky but just once,
Will I dare to change tomorrow,
Or wish money as a bunce,
Paying nothing to my sorrow?

If you were in my place now,
Tell me what you'd do and how?

What is your wish number one?
Care of others or have fun?
Do what you have left undone,
Or to resurrect someone?

Change the world so be no tears,
Or rewind last twenty years?
Tell me what you want the most!
I'm awaiting your riposte.

I know it may sound unreal,
Cause no one believes in magic.
Let's just make a simple deal,
Promise, it will not turn tragic.

Please, pretend and play my game
In this way I want to know ya.
What's under your skin and name
Show me scars and I'll show ya.

If I was in your place then
I would ask myself again.

What is your wish number one?
Care of others or have fun?
Do what you have left undone,
Or to resurrect someone?

Change the world so be no tears,

What I want right now the most!
Finally I'll give my riposte.

Unrealistic dream where everyone is equal,
Where everyone is cared, inspired and beloved,
Our lives where happy ending is the only sequel
Despite what has been done and left long time abaft.

That is not my only wish,
Let's go catch that golden fish.
Wave your magic wand and say
We are equal come what may.

Genie, wish is only one -
It will make all tears are gone.
