I congratulate you all on the first day of the time of truth, which makes us all a little happier precisely from the silence and peace of tomorrow. On the morning of January 7th, we begin the (DPS) Movement of the Truth of the Happy, performing three simple actions in the morning:

1. Rising from bed at 7 a.m., let us thank the Author of eternal and human life for all His gifts of Light, water, and Earth given to us for life. Let us say three simple and kind words three times: Glory to Thee, Father.

2. Exactly at noon, let us stop where we are and repeat in our hearts these same three simple words, also three times: Glory to Thee, Father.

Let us say these words in the silence and peace of our souls with a kind smile of gratitude for the fact that we are alive, we exist, we are together.
Let us wish these three thoughts to everyone we know and see around us, against the backdrop of a calm sky and a kind Earth, which are given to us to find happiness, and we truly have them, precisely for this purpose.
3. In the evening, when we return home and have dinner, at precisely 10:00 PM local time, again calmly wherever we are, let us repeat what we did at lunch, remembering with kindness in our Hearts everyone we saw and met during the day, and let us wish them all, saying in our Hearts to all of them, "Good night, good people," and let us go to sleep, so that when we wake up the next morning, we can repeat all three of our momentary states of kind peace and wishes to the people around us, to the light, the air, the water, the Earth. And so on, every subsequent day.
These three simple actions, which we will begin to do every subsequent day of our lives from January 7th, will completely change our entire life for the better, for we will all see this in the mirror of our soul. By doing so, and from this simple and regular action, we recognize ourselves as a united people of a country that from this moment will return to us forever, so that we feel happiness in our hearts and our lives, performing these simple human actions on our mother Earth, and she, seeing this, will forgive us our lonely and sad past as egoists who forgot gratitude for life on Earth. We will gradually learn to do this by performing all three simple steps with which my story began.

Thus, we begin to build a new life for a country of happy people, which we will certainly build ourselves, by unitedly performing three simple actions every day.
And in between, communicating kindly with each other.
With kindness and respect to every inhabitant of our wonderful homeland, where we were born, with kindness and love always and in everything.

Друзья мои!
Поздравляю всех вас с первым днём времени истины, которая делает всех нас немного счастливее именно с тишины покоя завтрашнего дня, утром 7 Января мы начинаем (ДПС)Движение Правды Счастливых, выполняя с утра три простых действия:
1. Встав с постели в 7 утра, давайте поблагодарим Автора жизни вечной и человечной за все Его дары Света, воды и Земли, что нам даны для жизни. Скажем три простых и добрых слова трижды: Слава Тебе Отче
2. Ровно в полдень остановимся там, где будем находиться и повторим в Сердце своём те же три простых слова также трижды Слава Тебе Отче.
Скажем эти слова в тишине и покое души своей с доброй улыбкой благодарности за то, что мы живы,  мы есть,  мы вместе.
Давайте пожелаем эти три мысли всем,  кого знаем и видим вокруг на фоне спокойного неба и доброй Земли, которые нам даны для обретения счастья и они у нас реально  есть, именно для этого.
3. Вечером, когда мы вернёмся домой и поужинаем, ровно в 22.00 по местному времени, вновь спокойно там, где будем в это время находиться, опять повторим то, что делали в обед, вспоминая с добром  в Сердце всех, кого видели и встречали днём и пожелаем всем им, сказав в Сердце своём всем им - доброй ночи, люди добрые и ложимся в сон, чтобы проснувшись утром следующего дня грядущего повторить все три наших минутных состояния доброго покоя пожеланий окружающим нас людям, свету воздуха, воде, Земле.  И так каждый последующий день.
Три этих простых действия, которые мы с 7 Января станем делать каждый последующий день жизни своей, они изменят полностью всю нашу жизнь к лучшему, ибо это мы все увидим в зеркале нашей души, так поступая и с этого простого и регулярного действия мы осознаем себя единым народом страны,  которая с этого  момента вернётся к нам навсегда, чтобы мы ощутили счастье в Сердцах наших и жизнях наших, исполняя эти простые человеческие действия на Земле матушке нашей и она это увидев, простит нам наше одинокое и печальное прошлое эгоистов, забывших благодарение за жизнь на Земле.

Мы постепенно научимся это делать, выполняя все три простых действия, с которых  начался мой рассказ.
