Стеклянный Горизонт

Зима, стеклянный горизонт.
Твои глаза, холод, красота из снега и льда. — Но, верю, холода победит доброта.

Зима, прозрачный в окнах свет. 
Рисует инеем портрет...
Вьюга танцует, кружит.  
Зима. Сердца из льда и стужи.

Под коркой льда течет река,
Её молитва глубока: О том, что холод — лишь вуаль, Ему не скрыть живую даль.

Мир просто замер.
Здесь тишина сильнее, чем звук.
Холод в лицо.  холод на пальцах рук.
Лёд не врет. Лёд просто молчит.

Всё, что замёрзло стало стеной.
Между тобой и твоей глубиной.
А там, под плитой, под тяжелой водой
Я по-прежнему жив. я живой.

Застывшая сверху немая черта из стекла горизонта.
Но ты — не из камня.
Ты — не из стекла.
Пока в тебе бьется крупица тепла.



Glass Horizon

Winter, the horizon bound in glass.
Thy frozen gaze, where icy beauties pass.
Yet, I believe, this frost shall lose its might,
O'erthrown by kindness and the spirit’s light.

Winter, through panes a translucent gleam,
Doth paint a portrait like a silver dream.
The whirlwind dances, weary hearts to snare,
In winter’s grip, mid cold and bleak despair.

Beneath the crust, the river’s current flows,
Its silent prayer in deep devotion grows:
That winter’s chill is but a fleeting veil,
’Twill ne’er obscure the life beyond the pale.

The world is hushed.
Stillness is more than any mortal sound.
Cold on thy brow. Cold on thy hands is bound.
The ice lyes not. The ice is merely mute.

All that is frozen rises as a wall,
Between thy soul and depths that softly call.
Yet there, beneath the stone and heavy tide,
I still endure. I live, with naught to hide.

A frozen line, a glass horizon’s breathless art...
But thou art not of stone. Nor glass, I trow.
Whilst yet a spark of warmth within doth glow.
