I’ll rest on your lap as a sand in a bunk,
Will run through your hair as a wave of the deep.
With passion of yours make me tipsy and drunk,
And through chilly hands as a sunray I’ll sweep.
I’ll warm you with maritime sooth so profound,
And chill yourself down with the wind of the sun,
With chanting of birds I will spill you around,
And only at dawn with the waking will stun.
With puffs of the wind, as the spring starts to seep,
I’ll stay with thyself till the wintertide dire,
Untіl I frееzе оvеr, untіl fаll аslеер,
The faith, and the love, and the hope I'll inspire.
I ll rest on your lap
