Still, in every light note –
from thought up to sigh,
every sound and echo –
from sparks up to words,
every drop of the journey –
from feeling to glance,
every gesture and motion,
in every context,
even if… it is out,
beyond the control,
the foundations of hopes
collapse in the dark,
the Pleiades of portals
flare up in the sky,
yet invisibly, we’ll be
together with you.
If the land in an instant
dries up from dead thirst,
if the comets break rules
and fall down on Earth,
even if they don’t drown
enjoying the seas,
if the rivers are lost
in the battle for flame,
still, in every small step,
every act of the past,
every record for memory
put in the heart,
every point of the planet
forgotten by God,
we’ll be always together
in sorrow and joy.
