Priorities

It's funny how the world works, isn't it? Sometimes, it feels like a big puzzle with pieces that just don't quite fit, no matter how hard you try to push them together. You see people rushing around, always busy, always trying to grab onto the next shiny thing. But what are they really grabbing onto? It’s like they’re all running a race, but they forgot to ask themselves if they even want to win, or where they're even running to.

I try to watch everything, to really see it. The way the light changes on the leaves, the different kinds of sounds in a busy street, the way people's faces look when they're thinking about something important. There's so much happening, so many threads weaving together, and it’s hard to know which ones to pull on, which ones matter the most. It’s not about having the right toys or the newest gadget; it’s about understanding why things are the way they are. Why do some people smile and others frown? Why do some things bring joy and others sadness? It’s a lot to think about, and sometimes, it feels like the grown-ups are just as confused as I am.
